Information we collect
When you use the enquiry form, BrandEffect may collect your full name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, industry, service interest, main goal, message and privacy consent. The form also records the page used, selected service and submission time so the enquiry has useful context.
Why we collect it
We use the information to understand your request, respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable services and maintain a practical record of our communication. We do not use the form to create a public profile about you.
Form processing
The enquiry form is processed by a PHP handler on BrandEffect’s own website hosting. No third-party form-delivery service receives the submission. The hosting server and its configured mail system process the information only so the enquiry can be delivered to the BrandEffect inbox.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information may be retained for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, follow up, keep business records or meet applicable obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or securely archived.
Correction and deletion requests
You may ask what enquiry information BrandEffect holds about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where appropriate. Email hello@brandeffect.co.za with enough detail for us to identify the relevant enquiry.
Our POPIA-aligned approach
BrandEffect aims to follow the practical principles of South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act: collect only information needed for a clear purpose, use it responsibly, keep it appropriately secure, avoid retaining it without reason and respond to reasonable access, correction or deletion requests.
